Front gauge to be ?tted on drivers side of tank.
Funnel with 80mm (3'') hydrant top-?ll system including regulation air gap and non return check valve.

PUMP SYSTEM: Hot shift PTO to suit automatic transmission Allison 3000 (steel tank). System includes;
Hydraulic pump
Flow control valve
pressure relief valve and check valve
HYDAC hydraulic oil tank with integrated hydraulic oil cooler.
Tank ?tted with return cartridge ?lter, oil level gauge, temperature gauge & 20 litres of 68 grade hydraulic oil.
Hydraulic system to be mounted in a protected and accessible position.
Hydraulic system in operation is below the permissible noise level of 85dB.
Australian made Southern Cross 100x65x250 heavy duty cast iron water pump, approximately 2,200 LPM at pump, total 60 MTR head and 86 PSI.
Water pump to be close-coupled to hydraulic drive Permco motor (Made in USA).
Flexible bellows ?tted between tank and pump
Water pump pressure relief valve ?tted (steel tank)

SUCTION PIPEWORK: 80mm (3'') Pump suction system (steel tank) positioned on a 45 degree downward facing position
The tank return line is to be plumbed directly into the tank wall.
System capable of ?lling tank from water supplies such as rivers and holding dams and the tank can also be drained from this point. Coupling is 80mm male cam lock.

PRESSURE PIPEWORK: 80mm (3'') pipe work to be hot dip galvanised
1 x 80mm (3'') under body pressure fed v-jet spray bar ?tted with 14 brass v-jets and removable ends for ?ushing.
Spray bar mounted on chains for ?exibility on rough terrain.

OUTLETS: 1x 80mm (3'') Pressure outlet with wafer butter?y valve and cam-lock. System capable of emptying tank and pumping out to external equipment.
1x 20mm (3/4'') Pressure outlet with ball valve with tap connection

CONTROLS; All sprays to be air over air actuated

HOSE REEL; Heavy duty high volume manual rewind hose reel ?tted with 20m of 25mm industrial wash down hose and adjustable ?re ?ghting nozzle.

ELECTRICAL; Heavy duty electrical harness system using Deutsch connectors and premium automotive wire. IP66 rated Power distribution module ?tted with fuses & relays to run water truck system. Heavy duty Hella self-adjusting reverse alarm wired to only operate when reverse gear engaged.

RUSTPROOFING: Metal sub frame and pipework to be hot dipped galvanized. All ?ttings to be made from non-corrosive materials such as brass and aluminium.
